As Developers, Designers, Creative Directors, Writers, and Producers, we use our cross-disciplinary experience in Film, Television, Theatre, Live Production, and Themed Entertainment, to take projects from concept to production and operations. ALEX CALLE
principal
A graduate of The California Institute of the Arts (BFA Scenic Design) and USC’s Marshall School of Business (EMBA), Alex takes a unique approach to directing, producing, and design, utilizing his background in theatre to above all, tell a story. He has designed and produced award winning work for Film, Television, Theater, Themed Entertainment, Theme Parks, and Public Art Installations all over the world.
Alex also sits on the Executive Board for Invertigo Dance Theatre, an institution at the forefront of Los Angeles dance, as well as guest lectures and mentors in design and production at CalState Long Beach, The University of California Irvine, and CalArts.
KRISTAN ASHWORTH
administrative associate
Kristan joined hiddenlemons in June of 2023 as an Administrative Associate. She juggles everything from bookkeeping and payroll to spreadsheets and budget management. She is proficient in content marketing and SEO, running detailed reports, maintaining meticulous spreadsheets, and handling all aspects of social media and website content management. Additionally, Kristan conducts research to support the firm’s dynamic projects and initiatives.
Before joining the team at hiddenlemons, Kristan spent an impressive 20 years in magazine publishing. She began her career working on city lifestyle magazines in South Florida and later became the Managing Editor of beloved titles such as Outdoor Photographer, Digital Photo, and Digital Photo Pro in Los Angeles. Her extensive background in the publishing industry has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of creative processes, which she brings to her role at hiddenlemons.

BROOKE HARBAUGH
associate production manager
Brooke is a creative producer, manager, and coordinator for theater, art exhibitions, film, and site specific entertainment. She has produced and production managed new works at REDCAT, Automata, San Diego Underground Film Festival and in Argentina through the Fulbright program. Her lifelong background as a theater artist informs her understanding of production and spirit of collaboration. She holds a MFA in Creative Producing and Management from California Institute of the Arts. She is based in Los Angeles and San Francisco. brookeharbaugh.com
JARED LECLAIRE

Jared is a seasoned creative technologist and enthusiastic maker with over a decade of experience in bridging technical and creative disciplines across a variety of entertainment markets. Collaborating closely with producers, directors, engineers, and artists, Jared has successfully pioneered innovative solutions for numerous technical and creative challenges in film & TV productions, live performances, themed entertainment, architecture, and corporate events. Jared's credits include projects for Universal Pictures, NASA, MTV, Meta, MDLBeast, HBO, Princess Cruise Lines, and Netflix.
JACOB LINDEGREN
art director
With an MFA in Themed Entertainment Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, Jacob is a versatile creative force. He has professional experience as both a designer and developer and prides himself on discovering new processes of design by working closely with partners to get the tasks at hand completed on time and on budget.
Jacob recently developed and launched Uncaged Software, an online tool for creating print products by using a variety of coding languages including C#, SQL, Javascript, HTML and more. In its first year, Uncaged has grossed over $330k with limited operating costs, team, and development time. Jacob is responsible for building the custom application as well as its ongoing maintenance.
SARAH DAWN LOWRY

Sarah Dawn has been managing entertainment projects for the last 22 years. From South Korea to Southern California and for everything from one-man shows to large-scale musicals; Sarah Dawn is an Actor’s Equity Association union stage manager and regional production manager. While living in Utah,
Sarah Dawn worked for seven years at Weber State University as a full-time staff member in the IT Division as their Education, Training, and Events Coordinator. That position included being a key member of the Wildcat Tech Expo held annually on campus for all faculty, staff, and students. She was also the Academic Resources Computing Committee administrator managing the bi-annual process from proposals, implementation, and completion.
Sarah Dawn is well versed in all aspects of performance arts and management no matter how large or varied the project.
STEFANI PALMER

Stefani is a graphic designer in the Los Angeles area with over 20 years of professional experience. Specializing in the themed entertainment industry, Stefani is known for being a lightning-fast designer with a cutting-edge artistic sensibility. Her superb design instincts enable her to create printed and digital materials with a look that perfectly complements a project’s subject matter.
With experience in producing signage, graphics, and presentations for some of the top world brands, Stefani’s creations can be seen in theme parks, museums, casinos, cruise ships, retail outlets, and various other locations throughout the world.
Adept at juggling numerous projects and responsibilities simultaneously, Stefani maintains a hand in every step of the graphics process; from ideation through designing, producing, and assembling the final product.
TEENA SAUVOLA

Teena is coming upon her 20-year anniversary in the entertainment industry, starting in theatre and transitioning into the themed entertainment world in 2016. She wanted to take the story-telling skills she gained in theatre and apply them to more immersive projects in theme parks around the world.
Since diving into the themed entertainment industry, Teena has worked with world-renowned companies like Disney Live Entertainment, The Hettema Group (THG), and Universal Creative. Her talents have been used on projects varying from intimate theatre productions, theme park masterplanning, cruise ships designs, and epic nighttime spectaculars. In her free time, she runs her own art business both online and at local art fairs.
DAKOTA TRACHT

Dakota is an interior designer and textile designer new to the area of themed entertainment. She loves the visual storytelling aspect of the industry, applying her background in styling, color and spatial design.
Dakota learned her craft from a young age, growing up immersed in her family's textile design and manufacturing company in La Paz, Bolivia. Eventually she became a textile artisan herself, learning from the same men and women who raised her on the factory floor. She has a love and appreciation for how things are made and values the history and culture behind design from a global perspective.
Known for her eye, she is skilled at picking just the right color, material, texture or furnishing to tell the story.
FERNANDO VASQUEZ

Fernando thrives at the crossroads of imagination and technology.
In the constantly evolving technological landscape, Fernando concentrates on enhancing artistic projects through thoughtful audio and show control solutions, contributing to projects that showcase the latest advancements in Audio Design, Show Control, and Information Technology.
A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts in 2008 with a BFA, Fernando honed his skills as a theatrical sound designer, a foundation he leveraged for his continued success in freelance theatrical design post-graduation.
In 2019, Fernando took on the role of the technical architect behind immersive themed entertainment show control systems. His recent portfolio includes contributions to Universal Studio Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights, Netflix's "Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience," Fever & Secret Cinema's collaborative ventures, The Hunger Games Exhibition at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, and the spine-tingling Psych Ward escape room at Cross Roads Escape Games in Anaheim.
Fernando's journey is a testament to his ability to marry technical expertise with artistic vision, creating unforgettable experiences at the forefront of immersive entertainment technology.
